Half a Tsp of salt and a touch of freshly ground black pepper
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and form patties around half an inch in thickness. You probably will get around 4 burger patties from this.
Get the grill prepared on a intermediate to high heat and turn up to temperature. Carefully place under the grill for around 4 mins. one side and 3 minutes the other being careful not to disrupt your patties as you turn them.
